Catholic Question: Tucson, Arizona-how easy or difficult to obtain annullment?

Ok I'm in Tucson, Arizona. Currently, I am married with the husband of my 2 of 9 1 / 2 years, but only legally, not Catholic. I was previously married to Catholics, but almost 8 years and divorced only civilians. I have 2 children, both baptized Catholics, my first Catholic marriage. And I have 3 children, all baptized Christians clegal my current marriage. To make a long story short, only "thought I was in love with my first husband, but we had a few other marital problems, etc. However, I know that I love my current husband, in fact, is my first love of the 7th year, a man who always thought that sometimes even during my first marriage. Does anyone know if I could be good reasons for the cancellation. I would be able to get my first marriage annulled for me and my current husband can marry in the Catholic Church.

Each case is judged on its own merits. I do not really detailed enough to tell him that his chances, but what little I have said, if your wedding, told someone you were still emotionally committed to the love of the rank of 7 and in fact are not 100% in their first marriage vows, there would be serious. It would take her testimony, however, and would have had to express those feelings at the time of his first marriage to override those wishes. Perhaps you talked to your mother, sister, best friend? If you have already made a statement to any person who is only to be married to husband # 1, because his true love was already "taken" by another girl, and if it ever became available, # 1 it dropped like a hot potato, this is the kind of thing that the court should consider. Another factor that often regarded as a lack of preparation for marriage. It is difficult to prove if there was a wedding because Catholic priests are supposed to be very careful to provide adequate preparation, but sometimes things are dropped because of illness or scheduling problems, or any number of other reasons. If you can prove you were young and did not understand the vote that is introduced by the lack of preparation, which otherwise do so. Note that need not show that something was out of sync * .* Votes during their marriage by simply changing his mind or the "love story" with the hand of his first spouse. If you honestly and sincerely, took vows intend to keep forever, then your chances are not as great, if you can prove you had no idea what that meant votes. In truth, however, the best thing to do is make an appointment with the priest and review all the details of his first marriage with him. He'll know what questions to ask and what kinds of tests need. PS – to correct something I wrote earlier Lorie, get an annulled first marriage does not mean that children of that marriage are illegitimate. Your marriage is still legal exists and has been disbanded long ago by the divorce court. This was his illegitimate son and will not be canceled. Cancellation only way not sacramentally married to her first husband – only legally.
