In Ohio, I need a license for the handling of food have a bake sale and barbecue to benefit a church?
It is only something we do several times a year to earn money for our church. Baked goods, hamburgers and hot dogs, bags of chips and cans.
You have to check their orders for the city to answer this question. It could require everyone to obtain such license, and could make an exception for organizations specific charities.
