Need help. Agnostic certainly do not believe in organized religion. Please help?
Not a lot of angry rhetoric. I need information circumspect. I had a crisis of faith, and decided that I'm ready to leave the church (Catholic), I'm sure they do not believe in organized religion or miracles, etc., but I am not willing to let go of Intelligent Design. Spritually a place where I feel there is a higher power (but not a god), but I have never known or heard someone suffers. I think the universe is too complex to have been the result of billions of fortunate accidents. Too coinciences no more than a coincidence. But control of the mind or the concept of sin seems to me a total shit. Can you recommend books, articles, philosophers, etc, for me was the way of full understanding? Types religious have not responded.
Rent a documentary entitled "What the Bleep, Down the Rabbit Hole", it was simply called the science of physics and how are displayed in a higher power. But no mention of sin or one of those things that people put on their religions to make people comply. Good luck on your journey toward the clear vision of change.
